Who doesn't love luscious portable cake? I'll definitely be trying a few of these recipes myself being that for my birthday, hubby went all out and bought the KitchenAid Pro 500 in Empire Red as a surprise for me. It's beautiful (powerful too) and I've been looking for all kinds of recipes just so I can use it to reward him for such a great gift. What cupcakes are you gonna make?
