"Handy Bits of Information Just for You."

Coupons

1 ) Organization is the key to become a savvy coupon user. There are many methods to doing this including, binders, insert filing and clutches. You have to find a method that not only works for you best, but is also convenient. Once you find a method that you like, stick to it. If you constantly switch up your method, things could get out of hand and messy before you know what's going on. I highly suggest you head over to We Use Coupons. In their forum, they have an area offering coupon classes for FREE, that you can review at your own leisure.

Household

1) Spread ground cinnamon where you think the ants are coming in to a house. Ground chalk works as well. To ants, it's like climbing over shards of glass.

2) To peel a boiled egg faster, tap the egg in several places, then roll in the palms of your hands. This helps to  release the cooked membrane and the shell comes off quickly.

Beauty

1) Soak nails in a bowl of olive oil once a weak to strengthen them.

2) Boost the shine of dark hair by rinsing it with diluted vinegar. Blonde's should use use lemon juice.

3) When plucking your eyebrows, coat hairs you want to remove with concealer. This will help you visualize exactly the shape of brow you're after.

Children

1) Trick kids into eating new foods by letting them help in the kitchen. Give them an easy task that involves preparing your secret ingredient  and make sure to give them credit at the dinner table!

2) Tend to have to rush out the door sometimes and end up with fussy kids? Pack an easy grab bag full of little activities that travel well (crayons, coloring books, special toy). You could even stock up on small dollar store items as special surprises. Don't forget to pack some snacks too. Kids are happiest when full.

Money

1) Make sure a sale is indeed a sale. Many stores have various tactics they use to get you to believe that you're getting a good buy. Know comparison prices when shopping for anything.

2) Learn a favorite restaurant recipe and make it at home. It'll be less expensive and save you big bucks.

3) Set a goal. Saving is so much easier when you have something special in mind. Choose what it is, whether it be a vacation, a new appliance or a special item. Decide how long you're willing to wait for it... If it's 6 months, your total cost for the item should be divided into mini-payments that you set aside.
